Bourbon & Confit Garlic BBQ Pulled Jackfruit Slider

Tender shredded young jackfruit and meaty king oyster mushrooms slow-simmered in a sticky, sweet Kentucky bourbon barbecue sauce enriched with rich, mellow confit garlic. Served on a toasted premium brioche bun.
