Audit Failure A single cask at 52.5% ABV, laid down seven years ago and promptly forgotten in the darkest corner of the maturation room, where it quietly turned into something weird, wonderful and entirely unexpected. A velvety hug of distant campfire smoke, sticky marmalade and dark chocolate-roasted almonds, ending on an unapologetic sherry kick. Turns out a little ghosting does a whisky good.

Buzz Cut A limited edition at 46% ABV, born when a local beekeeper turned up one afternoon with a jar of honey and no appointment, his bees having spent the season wandering Vancouver Island. A bright bouquet of honeysuckle and lemon zest melts into wildflower honey, banoffee pie and warm vanilla. The finish is long and floral, with clover honey and toasted vanilla.

Harvest Coast 2026 Canadian Single Malt Whisky of the Year, bottled at 50% ABV. Towering coastal pines and rich, sweet sherry lead the way before giving over to a gentle drift of peat smoke and a crisp sea breeze finish. The creamy sherried palate carries blackcurrant, papaya, dried apricot and candied fruits alongside wood smoke and lapsang souchong.

Dunville's 1808 Irish Whiskey After tragedy struck in 1931, Dunville's Distillery was forced to close. Decades later 'The Spirit of Belfast' reopened.
