PART A — Marketing Subscription Consent Agreement

Applies to: Feaster Media Inc. (the "Company")

This Subscription Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between the undersigned individual ("Subscriber") and Feaster Media Inc. (the "Company").

  1. Subscription to Receive Information

By signing up for a subscription through any medium — including websites, applications, or physical forms — the Subscriber agrees to receive information, updates, newsletters, promotional offers, and other related communications ("Information") from the Company.

  1. Consent to Terms and Conditions

The Subscriber acknowledges that, by subscribing to receive Information, they agree to abide by all terms and conditions set forth by the Company, including terms of service, privacy policies, and any other relevant agreements ("Terms and Conditions"). Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in termination of the subscription and/or legal action.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of British Columbia, Alberta, and Ontario. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of those provinces.

  1. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Subscriber and the Company on this subject and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, written or oral.

  1. Acceptance

By subscribing to receive Information from the Company, the Subscriber acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

PART B — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service, and Your privacy rights and how the law protects You. We use Your Personal Data to provide and improve the Service; by using the Service, You agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
