PART A — Marketing Subscription Consent Agreement
Applies to: Feaster Media Inc. (the "Company")
This Subscription Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between the undersigned individual ("Subscriber") and Feaster Media Inc. (the "Company").
Subscription to Receive Information
By signing up for a subscription through any medium — including websites, applications, or physical forms — the Subscriber agrees to receive information, updates, newsletters, promotional offers, and other related communications ("Information") from the Company.
Consent to Terms and Conditions
The Subscriber acknowledges that, by subscribing to receive Information, they agree to abide by all terms and conditions set forth by the Company, including terms of service, privacy policies, and any other relevant agreements ("Terms and Conditions"). Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in termination of the subscription and/or legal action.
Consent to Communication

Opt-Out Provision
The Subscriber may opt out of receiving Information from the Company at any time. Opt-out instructions are provided in each communication.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of British Columbia, Alberta, and Ontario. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of those provinces.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Subscriber and the Company on this subject and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, written or oral.
Acceptance
By subscribing to receive Information from the Company, the Subscriber acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
PART B — Privacy Policy
