Two Brewers Yukon Single Malt Whisky

Two Brewers Yukon Single Malt Whisky, Release 40 A very unique finishing technique forms the backbone of this whisky. A local coffee roaster ages green coffee beans in our whisky barrels, and we take them back and finish whisky in them. The oils from the green beans make the finished whisky viscous, and full of coffee and chocolate notes, unlike any other whisky we know of.

Two Brewers Yukon Single Malt Whisky, Release 49 A classic, grain forward malt whisky aged in rum barrels. A heavenly mix of oak, natural vanillin flavour, and buttery rum sweetness.

Two Brewers Yukon Single Malt Whisky, Release 51 Release 51 is another of our peated releases. A complex array built from 17 mashes, all of which at 13 years old or greater, but with peated mashes as the stars. A short finish in PX sherry adds a light touch of sweetness to the smoke.

Two Brewers Yukon Single Malt Whisky, Release 52 This innovative whisky contains a dollop of Quebec maple syrup in the expression. The whisky behind the maple syrup was made with a generous helping of Brown Malt as well as some beechwood aged malt, to round out the maple sweetness.

Audit Failure A single cask at 52.5% ABV, laid down seven years ago and promptly forgotten in the darkest corner of the maturation room, where it quietly turned into something weird, wonderful and entirely unexpected. A velvety hug of distant campfire smoke, sticky marmalade and dark chocolate-roasted almonds, ending on an unapologetic sherry kick. Turns out a little ghosting does a whisky good.

Buzz Cut A limited edition at 46% ABV, born when a local beekeeper turned up one afternoon with a jar of honey and no appointment, his bees having spent the season wandering Vancouver Island. A bright bouquet of honeysuckle and lemon zest melts into wildflower honey, banoffee pie and warm vanilla. The finish is long and floral, with clover honey and toasted vanilla.

Harvest Coast 2026 Canadian Single Malt Whisky of the Year, bottled at 50% ABV. Towering coastal pines and rich, sweet sherry lead the way before giving over to a gentle drift of peat smoke and a crisp sea breeze finish. The creamy sherried palate carries blackcurrant, papaya, dried apricot and candied fruits alongside wood smoke and lapsang souchong.

Triple Take A guaranteed crowdpleaser at 46% ABV, thrice as nice and soft as velvet thanks to triple distilling. Juicy barley stacked with full-bodied sherry notes of stewed plums and blackcurrant, topped with almond raspberry pie and a dark chocolate drizzle. The finish carries dried fruit, a hint of salt and dulse, and lingering oak.

Truth Serum Bottled at 46% ABV. Honestly delicious, if a bit indulgent. It opens on a sherry wine bomb with creamy, dreamy sweet oak spices, then gets juicier with red berries, soft raisins and malted barley, finishing fruit-forward with a sea breeze and a hint of sea salt.

Grain Henge Distillery: Meeting Creek Batch 3 at 56.4% A masterful blending by Garret Haynes at Troubled Monk / Grain Henge. Nose: Nutty chocolate, caramel, vanilla, dried fruit, and a subtle touch of cedar. Palate: Silky vanilla and warming barrel spice mixed with a rich, nutty, and fruity malt character. Finish: Long and toasted, highlighting dark cocoa, roasted coffee beans, and lingering warmth.

Park: Banff Whisky Single Barrel Maple Syrup Cask 48% Scott Coburn rose to the challenge of creating a perfectly balanced rye whisky aged in a barrel that previously held Maple Syrup. This has the beautiful notes of rye that we love so much, with the added bonus of a sweetness that tames the heat that some shy away from. Nose: Honey suckle, black currant. Palate: Cinnamon waffles, maple syrup drizzle. Finish: Vanilla nougat, caramel.

Two Brewers #49 Special Finish 10 years old @ 46 % ABV. Our first whisky finished in Rum barrels. A blend of warm molasses, overripe papaya and toasted spice, with a hint of rum on the finish.

Society Cask No. 5.139 "Delightful Development" 11 year old Lowland single malt from a 2nd fill barrel. "The nose goes from creamy, sweet fruit to sherbets; the palate from sweet to spicy. Adding water brings out sharper notes all around."

Society Cask No. 79.13 "Honey, I've Made Toast" 15 year old Highland single malt from a refill hogshead. "Sandalwood and honey, joined by apricot, thick-cut marmalade and rye bread. Water adds bubble gum, ginger, figs and vanilla toffee."

Society Cask No. 85.100 "Thunder Chops" 13 year old Speyside single malt from a 1st fill PX barrique. "A dark cloud releases a torrent of rioja red wine, rich sherry and chilli jam, beating down heavily on pork chops, figs and chocolate cake."

Society Cask No. 53.498 "All the Feels" 15 year old Islay single malt from a 1st fill hogshead. "A beautiful example of this distillery. Mature beyond its years with a big, thick carpet of peat smoke, bags of medicines and maritime zing."

Rig Hand Craft Distillery

Diamond S Single Malt Whisky Diamond S (40%ABV) is a Highland style single malt that has been rotated through four different types of barrels: 10 gallon used wheat whisky barrels, 20 gallon used Ohio bourbon barrels, 53 gallon used Kentucky bourbon barrels, and finished in French sherry casks. The nose is fresh and open with a floral lift. The flavour profile is clean with a faint mineral/heather note that rounds out with a stone fruit finish. The absence of peat makes it appeal to a wide audience.

BAR M Whisky BAR M Whisky (40%ABV) was the first craft whisky released by Rig Hand in 2017. It is also Alberta's first craft whisky and a partner product with Last Mountain Distillery from Lumsden, SK. It further marks the first ever collaboration between an Alberta and Saskatchewan microdistillery. The Alberta portion is a 3-grain whisky, with the mash bill being 10% rye, 40% wheat, and 50% malted barley. After Rig Hand barrel ages it, the whisky is then blended with Last Mountain's barrel aged 100% wheat whisky. The resulting spirit has a warm smooth character, sweet spice, rich caramel and coconut husk flavours. It is often compared to Gibsons Finest Rare.

Lazy B Corn Whisky Lazy B (40% ABV) is Rig Hand's version of Bourbon. It is made with a traditional bourbon recipe: 15% malted barley and 85% corn. Our founder apprenticed at a bourbon distillery in Ohio and is proud of this whisky's sweet grassy nose and earthy oak, pipe tobacco and dried orange peel palate. The corn is even sourced from his hometown of Spruce Grove.

Rockin' R Rye Whisky Rockin' R (40% ABV) has become the flagship product of our company. It is renowned for a smooth presentation and a hot, spicy finish. This 100% rye grain whisky won the Speakers Selection Award at the House of Commons in Ottawa in 2022, gaining worldwide attention for its success in this double blind taste test. This was the first time in history that a Canadian Whisky, rather than a Scotch, received this honour to become Canada's official whisky.

Octomore 15.2 Octomore 15.2 offers an intriguing and inviting comparison to its 15.1 counterpart. Distilled from the same batch of Scottish grown barley and also malted to 108.2 PPM, the 15.2 uses a robust combination of second fill wine and second fill bourbon casks, with the spirit finished in first fill Cognac casks. This unique trifecta adds layers of intrigue, resulting in a complex yet exceedingly elegant single malt Scotch whisky. Hints of nutmeg, toasted oak and caramel add smoothness to the palate, with the delicate floral character of Octomore coming to the fore.

Bruichladdich Classic Laddie Bruichladdich's signature style shines through with elegant floral aromas, crisp barley character, and subtle vanilla sweetness. Crafted from 100% Scottish barley and matured in a combination of American and French oak, it delivers a rich, full-bodied mouthfeel balanced by remarkable freshness. Non-chill filtered and colouring free, it finishes clean, complex, and distinctly Islay.

Bruichladdich Port Charlotte 10 A vibrant and expressive whisky, offering aromas of ripe summer fruits, red berries, honeyed sweetness, and gentle Islay peat smoke. Gold Cock Peated Single Malt Gold Cock Peated is a unique single malt whisky from the Czech Republic, produced by the famous Rudolf Jelínek distillery known for their fruit brandies. The peat is sourced locally from Czech peat bogs. The barley is kilned using local peat at the Bruntál malt house in Moravia, which gives the whisky its distinct continental smoke—earthy, woodsy, and slightly pine-like—rather than the salty, medicinal, or briny peat signature typical of Scottish Islay whiskies.
