Lagavulin Grain and Embers 12 Year Old Special Release 2025
The Lagavulin 12 Year Old "Grain & Embers" is a limited edition single malt from Diageo's 2025 Special Releases (Horizons Unbound), featuring peat smoke balanced with sweeter notes from maturation in refill casks and Pedro Ximénez (PX) & Oloroso sherry-seasoned casks, bottled at 56.5% ABV. It's known for its rich smoky character, hints of orchard fruits (apple, pear), vanilla, cocoa, and spices, offering a complex, comforting, and slightly salty finish. 

Oban 14
The tiny lamp glass-shaped copper pot stills that make Oban’s Scotch are among the smallest in Scotland, and the liquor they distill is slowly condensed in wooden worm tubs outside among the rooftops, exposed to the salted sea air, bringing a distinct depth of flavour said to go very well with salted caramel. Forty Creek Double Barrel
An extra-aged whisky that is a true celebration of the intricate and subtle flavours imparted by barrel aging. Our Double Barrel Reserve is named after the process of double aging: first, the individual rye, barley and corn whiskies are extra-aged in a mixture of new and experienced whisky barrels before being masterfully blended. After blending, the liquid goes through up to 2 years of secondary aging ex-Bourbon barrels handpicked from Wild Turkey. The resulting whisky blends the spiciness of Canadian grain whisky with the sweetness and mellowed characteristics of bourbon.

Forty Creek Confederation Oak
Deemed by many as the rebirth of premium Canadian whisky, the Confederation Oak Reserve is one of Forty Creek’s most impactful expressions. A uniquely Canadian whisky, right down to the barrel. The Confederation Oak Reserve gets its name from the Canadian Oak barrels that the whisky was finished in. After marrying together three individually extra-aged grain whiskies the resulting liquid is finished in barrels made from Canadian oak for up to 2 years. The flavour of the whisky is further highlighted by the tighter grain of the barrel due to Canada’s colder climate. A Canadian whisky classic!

The Glen Grant 18yo
The Glen Grant 18-Year-Old celebrates meticulous maturation at the heart of our whisky story. Calling on the finest, hand-selected ex-Bourbon barrels and remade hoghead casks, this whisky showcases how our spirit holds its integrity in oak over time, preserving the signature character perfectly. Uniting depth of flavour with rich complexity, this single malt carefully brings together delicate notes of malted caramel, vanilla and raisins to create an exquisite and enthralling character. A long, sweet and subtle spicy finish concludes this flavour adventure.

The Glen Grant 12yo
The Glen Grant 12-Year-Old captures complexity and craft in its bright golden hues. Matured in hand-selected ex-Bourbon barrels and Oloroso Sherry casks, this single malt reveals an inviting collection of flavours as it balances both delicate and rich notes. From apple pie, toffee, caramel and almonds through to honey and subtle spice, this promises evocative character in every sip.

T6: Hunter Laing Whisky Company

Old Malt Cask Speyburn 15 year old
Only 669 bottles of Speyburn were discharged from a single PX sherry Butt at 15 years old. At 50% abv, this whisky has a nose of toffee and strawberry malted. The palate delivers notes of milk chocolate orange and toasted almonds.

Hepburn's Choice Aultmore 12 year old
Only 886 bottles of this Aultmore were discharged from a sherry butt. Bottled at 46% abv, expect a complexity beyond its 12 years. Werthers butterscotch notes soften you up for savory notes and an apple pie finish.

Old Malt Cask Benriach 12 year old
A single refill sherry butt produced 779 bottles of this amazing whisky, released for the 25th anniversary of the OMC brand. This Benriach has a nose of red fruits and cinnamon, with a palate of milk chocolate, and raisins. The finish is long and textured with cocoa nibs and coffee.

Scarabus Islay Single Malt
A classic Islay malt for those with a curious mind. A peat smoke nose starts the conversation, followed by a citrus spitz. The salty palate has an oily texture with classic American oak sweetness and an ashy finish.

T7: Nikka Whisky

Coffey Malt
Distilled in a Coffey-type column still using 100% malted barley, Nikka's Coffey Malt whisky offers lively aromas of fine spices, fig and date, dried fruits and vanilla. On the palat,e it has a rich texture with flavours of clementine, praline and vanilla cream that lead into a sweet, fruity finish.

From the Barrel
This cask-strength blend of Miyagikyo and Yoichi single malt with grain whisky carries refined and complex honeycomb aromas with apricot fruit and spicy clove notes. Following this, is a powerful and firm palate of pepper spice and oak, evolving onto ripe fruits, caramelized apple and subtle peat.

Taketsuru Pure Malt
A tribute to Masataka Taketsuru, the father of Japanese whisky and founder of Nikka. As a disciplined craftsman, Taketsuru had always been in search of perfection in the art of blending his whiskies, a personality trait that inspired Nikka to create the Taketsuru Pure Malt. This whisky is a blend of casks from Yoichi and Miyagikyo, Nikka’s two distilleries, and showcases an exquisite balance between great softness and deep complexity.

Yoichi Single Malt
Nikka Whisky’s first distillery and guardian of their tradition, Yoichi is located on the coast of Hokkaido. A subtle blend of Yoichi casks of various ages, of which a large portion was matured in ex-sherry casks, the perfect representative of Nikka’s historic single malt expresses a delicate balance between smoky, fruity and floral aromas with refined coastal and peat notes.

Miyagikyo Single Malt
Located in the valley of Miyagi, a region known for its pure air and the quality of its natural springs, the Miyagikyo distillery produces a refined malt whisky with a signature fruity and floral freshness. The Miyagikyo Japanese single malt bottling represents the perfect expression of the distillery’s delicate character, with an emphasis on ex-sherry casks for maturation to bring added depth to this whisky’s natural charm.

Tomintoul 16-Year-Old Scotch
Tomintoul 16-Year-Old is an award-winning Speyside Single Malt Scotch whisky known as "the gentle dram," matured in American oak ex-bourbon casks. It is a well-balanced, smooth, and creamy whisky featuring notes of honey, nuts, vanilla, and gentle spices. This 40% ABV, 16-year-old expression is highly regarded for its mellow, fruity profile and long, lingering finish. 

The Dundee Blended Scotch Whisky
The Dundee Blend is crafted from carefully selected single malt and grain Scotch whiskies, all matured in premium oak casks. Rich and fruity, this versatile whisky shines whether enjoyed neat, with water, over ice, or in a mixed serve. Rooted in the historic whisky-blending city of Dundee, it reflects a region surrounded by some of Scotland’s most respected single malt distilleries.

Tomintoul 10-Year-Old Single Malt Scotch
Tomintoul 10-Year-Old comes from the 1965-built distillery nestled in the scenic Cairngorms National Park, drawing on the pure waters of the Ballantruan Spring. Crafted in tall, broad stills, it delivers the signature smooth, fruity balance that defines Speyside whisky. Matured exclusively in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, it shows classic notes of honey, citrus and vanilla. On the palate it’s sweet and creamy with caramel, toasted almond and lemon zest, finishing with gentle oak, bright citrus peel and soft cake-spice warmth.

Tomintoul Pedro Ximénez Small-Batch Single Malt Scotch
Crafted at Tomintoul Distillery in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park, Tomintoul Pedro Ximénez is a small-batch single malt finished in hand-selected PX sherry butts from Andalucía after maturation in ex-bourbon American oak. The nose and palate unfold with indulgent layers of treacle, dried figs, fruit cake, banana bread, marzipan-stuffed dates and warming baking spices, delivering a richly textured, full-flavoured style. A cosy, lingering finish of Danish pastries, cocoa powder and syrup sponge cake fades gently into warming oak and subtle tobacco notes.

For Peat's Sake Blended Scotch Whisky
Born from a moment of smoky excess, "For Peat’s Sake!" is a bold, full-bodied blended Scotch where heavily peated single malts are expertly combined with the finest grain whiskies. The nose bursts with earthy peat smoke, charred oak, vanilla, toffee, sultanas and a lift of fresh citrus, leading into a rich, rounded palate of treacle toffee, smoked pancetta, maple syrup and cedar spice. A long, lingering finish delivers an initial sweetness of raisin and roasted pecan, balanced by intense smoke and peat that refuses to fade.

Bearface Wilderness Series 03 Wild Air
Inspired by the crisp, invigorating air of high-altitude landscapes, Wild Air is aged in Hungarian Oak, Maple Brûlée Cask, and Birch Charred Cask. Notes of crisp botanicals, fresh wood, light oak, mineral sweetness, light smokiness, and bold broody flavours.

Bearface Triple Oak Canadian Whisky
Elementally aged by the seasons for a bolder, smoother flavour in American, Hungarian, and French oak. Notes of dried fruit, oak spice, honey, maple, and orange peel.

T11: OKANAGAN SPIRITS CRAFT DISTILLERY

Captain Shorts Triple-Wood Single-Malt Whisky
Captain Shorts Reserve Triple-Wood Single-Malt Whisky started its life in our local North Okanagan fields before being fermented, double distilled and laid to rest for 5 years in one of our custom toasted virgin use white oak casks. From there it is racked and transferred into a newly emptied Fortified Foch barrel for an additional year, and then, to impart additional smokey toasted oak notes, it was re-introduced into another one of our virgin white-oak casks for an additional 4 months to impart a deeper layer of smoke and toasted oak. 47.3% ABV

Laird of Fintry Blue Label Single-Malt Whisky
Double-Wood Martinique Rhum Agricole finishThis double-wood Rhum Agricole finished single-malt whisky is for the seafaring whisky lover. With a hat tip to BC's coastal heritage, this fine grog exudes generous waves of caramelized plum, winter spice, and sticky rum pudding. Our Admiral of a single malt is to be sipped slowly with your crew, allowing the fruit undertones and tasted oak to gently roll across your palate. 42% ABV

BRBN Bourbon-Style Whisky
Canada's original bourbon-style whisky has a mashbill of 54% Northern varietal Okanagan grain corn and 46% Coldstream malted barley to ensure the local terroir is presented. After fermentation and double distillation this whisky is matured in virgin use custom toasted and charred white oak casks for 5 years to develop the characteristics of this World-Class bourbon-style whisky. This wonderfully smooth whisky delicately rolls over the toongue, with layer upon layer of complex fruity and toasted oak notes, building towards a long lingering and memorable finish. Proudly 100% Canadian!

BC Rye

Vibrant herbal and violet notes open the gateway to gingerbread and malt biscuit. The juicy peach fruit is in equilibrium with vanilla and sweet toffee notes, making this a worthy Gold medal winner.

GLENFIDDICH - 14YO BOURBON BARREL RESERVE
Spicy butterscotch with ripe fruit, treacle and toffee apple richness. Soft, creamy porridge with a dusting of cinnamon and brown sugar. Apple notes build, reinforced by tropical nuances. Shortcrust and Danish pastries with ginger heat intensity on the spicy finish.

GRANT'S - TRIPLE WOOD
Lemon rind and zest appear upfront, melding into caramel and orchard fruits, before being backed up by sherry-soaked raisins and wafts of bonfire smoke. Ginger, clove and liquorish intensify the warm, smooth palate of this exceptionally well-balanced blend.

TULLAMORE DEW
The original triple blend Irish whiskey known the world over for its smooth and gentle complexity. Three spirits come together to give a balance of flavour like no other: grain whiskey gives sweet flavours, malt whiskey gives fruit flavours and pot still whiskey gives spice flavours. It is triple cask-matured for depth and balance. Over a period of several years it is aged in traditional refill barrels, ex-bourbon barrels and ex-sherry butts.

Monkey Shoulder was originally created to make perfect whisky cocktails and has been getting in the mix ever since. 96 Points, Ultimate Spirits Challenge 2021: A master course in elegance, this traditional pot still whiskey invites with aromas of dried orchard fruit and toasted cereals. The palate is juicy with big flavors of fresh pear and a creamy texture that finishes with a wallop of vanilla.

Redbreast 15-Year-Old Single Pot Still
One of the most decorated Irish whiskeys, Redbreast is the largest selling Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey in the world. Made from a mash of malted and unmalted barley, which is then triple distilled in traditional copper pot stills, Pot Still Irish Whiskeys are characterised by full, complex flavours and a wonderful, creamy mouthfeel. The inclusion of unmalted barley to the mashbill, along with the tradition of triple distillation, defines the character of Pot Still and this uniquely Irish approach to whiskey distillation.

Jameson Triple Triple Irish Whiskey Jameson whiskey matured in three casks: sherry, bourbon, and chestnut bringing extra smooth, velvety notes of toffee, cacoa, toasted almonds and a luxurious finish.

Jameson Black Barrel
98 Points, International Wine & Spirit Competition 2021: Intense and opulent, the nose makes an impression with floral perfume, toasty caramel, resin and sherry. Ripe pineapple hits the palate before the drama unfolds with toffee and orange oil, leaving a delicate trail of wood spice.

John Sleeman and Sons Sherry Finished Single Malt Whisky
This Sherry Finished Single Malt is the first single malt whisky from John Sleeman & Sons. Made by carefully following traditional Scotch distilling methods, this spirit was partially finished in Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez Sherry Casks. In this classic iteration of a barrel-finished Single Malt, the added fruity complexity of sherry barrels compliment the delicacy of the 100% malt spirit.

John Sleeman and Sons Rye Whisky
Our Rye Whisky is a masterfully crafted blended spirit that highlights the characteristics of classic Canadian Rye. Comprised of corn whisky aged in mature American oak as well as Rye Whisky aged in first fill American oak, this blend also features Rye Whisky matured in new Canadian oak, which lends to a layered sipping experience rich in character from start to finish.

John Sleeman and Sons Single Malt Whisky
From its inception, Spring Mill Distillery was designed by John Sleeman & Sons to distill fine Single Malt whiskies that would lend to the good reputation of Canadian whiskies. World-class equipment lines the walls of an 1800s heritage building along the Speed River in Guelph, Ontario, where each spirit is meticulously distilled grain-to-glass. Port Charlotte's 10-year-old, rich and smoky whisky made by the folks at Bruichladdich distillery on Islay. PC, as it's known to its friends, is heavily peated to 40PPM, putting it up with Islay's other heavy hitters. The resulting whisky is big and peaty with a maritime tang.

The Classic Laddie
