Lagavulin Grain and Embers 12 Year Old Special Release 2025
The Lagavulin 12 Year Old "Grain & Embers" is a limited edition single malt from Diageo's 2025 Special Releases (Horizons Unbound), featuring peat smoke balanced with sweeter notes from maturation in refill casks and Pedro Ximénez (PX) & Oloroso sherry-seasoned casks, bottled at 56.5% ABV. It's known for its rich smoky character, hints of orchard fruits (apple, pear), vanilla, cocoa, and spices, offering a complex, comforting, and slightly salty finish. 

Oban 14

Forty Creek Double Barrel
An extra-aged whisky that is a true celebration of the intricate and subtle flavours imparted by barrel aging. Our Double Barrel Reserve is named after the process of double aging: first, the individual rye, barley and corn whiskies are extra-aged in a mixture of new and experienced whisky barrels before being masterfully blended. After blending, the liquid goes through up to 2 years of secondary aging ex-Bourbon barrels handpicked from Wild Turkey. The resulting whisky blends the spiciness of Canadian grain whisky with the sweetness and mellowed characteristics of bourbon.

Forty Creek Confederation Oak
Deemed by many as the rebirth of premium Canadian whisky, the Confederation Oak Reserve is one of Forty Creek’s most impactful expressions. A uniquely Canadian whisky, right down to the barrel. The Glen Grant 12yo
The Glen Grant 12-Year-Old captures complexity and craft in its bright golden hues. Matured in hand-selected ex-Bourbon barrels and Oloroso Sherry casks, this single malt reveals an inviting collection of flavours as it balances both delicate and rich notes. From apple pie, toffee, caramel and almonds through to honey and subtle spice, this promises evocative character in every sip.

T6: Hunter Laing Whisky Company

Old Malt Cask Speyburn 15 year old
Only 669 bottles of Speyburn were discharged from a single PX sherry Butt at 15 years old. At 50% abv, this whisky has a nose of toffee and strawberry malted. The palate delivers notes of milk chocolate orange and toasted almonds.

Hepburn's Choice Aultmore 12 year old
Only 886 bottles of this Aultmore were discharged from a sherry butt. Bottled at 46% abv, expect a complexity beyond its 12 years. Werthers butterscotch notes soften you up for savory notes and an apple pie finish.

Old Malt Cask Benriach 12 year old
A single refill sherry butt produced 779 bottles of this amazing whisky, released for the 25th anniversary of the OMC brand. This Benriach has a nose of red fruits and cinnamon, with a palate of milk chocolate, and raisins. The finish is long and textured with cocoa nibs and coffee.

Scarabus Islay Single Malt
A classic Islay malt for those with a curious mind. A peat smoke nose starts the conversation, followed by a citrus spitz. The salty palate has an oily texture with classic American oak sweetness and an ashy finish.

T7: Nikka Whisky

Coffey Malt
Distilled in a Coffey-type column still using 100% malted barley, Nikka's Coffey Malt whisky offers lively aromas of fine spices, fig and date, dried fruits and vanilla. On the palat,e it has a rich texture with flavours of clementine, praline and vanilla cream that lead into a sweet, fruity finish.

From the Barrel
This cask-strength blend of Miyagikyo and Yoichi single malt with grain whisky carries refined and complex honeycomb aromas with apricot fruit and spicy clove notes. Following this, is a powerful and firm palate of pepper spice and oak, evolving onto ripe fruits, caramelized apple and subtle peat.

Taketsuru Pure Malt
A tribute to Masataka Taketsuru, the father of Japanese whisky and founder of Nikka. As a disciplined craftsman, Taketsuru had always been in search of perfection in the art of blending his whiskies, a personality trait that inspired Nikka to create the Taketsuru Pure Malt. This whisky is a blend of casks from Yoichi and Miyagikyo, Nikka’s two distilleries, and showcases an exquisite balance between great softness and deep complexity.

Yoichi Single Malt
Nikka Whisky’s first distillery and guardian of their tradition, Yoichi is located on the coast of Hokkaido. A subtle blend of Yoichi casks of various ages, of which a large portion was matured in ex-sherry casks, the perfect representative of Nikka’s historic single malt expresses a delicate balance between smoky, fruity and floral aromas with refined coastal and peat notes.

Miyagikyo Single Malt
Located in the valley of Miyagi, a region known for its pure air and the quality of its natural springs, the Miyagikyo distillery produces a refined malt whisky with a signature fruity and floral freshness. The Miyagikyo Japanese single malt bottling represents the perfect expression of the distillery’s delicate character, with an emphasis on ex-sherry casks for maturation to bring added depth to this whisky’s natural charm.

Tomintoul 10-Year-Old Single Malt Scotch
Tomintoul 10-Year-Old comes from the 1965-built distillery nestled in the scenic Cairngorms National Park, drawing on the pure waters of the Ballantruan Spring. Crafted in tall, broad stills, it delivers the signature smooth, fruity balance that defines Speyside whisky. Matured exclusively in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, it shows classic notes of honey, citrus and vanilla. On the palate it’s sweet and creamy with caramel, toasted almond and lemon zest, finishing with gentle oak, bright citrus peel and soft cake-spice warmth.

Tomintoul Pedro Ximénez Small-Batch Single Malt Scotch
Crafted at Tomintoul Distillery in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park, Tomintoul Pedro Ximénez is a small-batch single malt finished in hand-selected PX sherry butts from Andalucía after maturation in ex-bourbon American oak. The nose and palate unfold with indulgent layers of treacle, dried figs, fruit cake, banana bread, marzipan-stuffed dates and warming baking spices, delivering a richly textured, full-flavoured style. A cosy, lingering finish of Danish pastries, cocoa powder and syrup sponge cake fades gently into warming oak and subtle tobacco notes.

For Peat's Sake Blended Scotch Whisky
Born from a moment of smoky excess, "For Peat’s Sake!" is a bold, full-bodied blended Scotch where heavily peated single malts are expertly combined with the finest grain whiskies. The nose bursts with earthy peat smoke, charred oak, vanilla, toffee, sultanas and a lift of fresh citrus, leading into a rich, rounded palate of treacle toffee, smoked pancetta, maple syrup and cedar spice. Bearface Triple Oak Canadian Whisky

Captain Shorts Triple-Wood Single-Malt Whisky
Captain Shorts Reserve Triple-Wood Single-Malt Whisky started its life in our local North Okanagan fields before being fermented, double distilled and laid to rest for 5 years in one of our custom toasted virgin use white oak casks. From there it is racked and transferred into a newly emptied Fortified Foch barrel for an additional year, and then, to impart additional smokey toasted oak notes, it was re-introduced into another one of our virgin white-oak casks for an additional 4 months to impart a deeper layer of smoke and toasted oak. 47.3% ABV

Laird of Fintry Blue Label Single-Malt Whisky
Double-Wood Martinique Rhum Agricole finishThis double-wood Rhum Agricole finished single-malt whisky is for the seafaring whisky lover. With a hat tip to BC's coastal heritage, this fine grog exudes generous waves of caramelized plum, winter spice, and sticky rum pudding. BRBN Bourbon-Style Whisky
Canada's original bourbon-style whisky has a mashbill of 54% Northern varietal Okanagan grain corn and 46% Coldstream malted barley to ensure the local terroir is presented. After fermentation and double distillation this whisky is matured in virgin use custom toasted and charred white oak casks for 5 years to develop the characteristics of this World-Class bourbon-style whisky. This wonderfully smooth whisky delicately rolls over the toongue, with layer upon layer of complex fruity and toasted oak notes, building towards a long lingering and memorable finish. GRANT'S - TRIPLE WOOD

Jameson Black Barrel

This Sherry Finished Single Malt is the first single malt whisky from John Sleeman & Sons. John Sleeman and Sons Rye Whisky

Peat Project Islay Peat Ex-Bourbon Single Cask
Part of a "single cask" series exploring the terroir of peat, this expression is distilled from local barley smoked at the distillery to 54 ppm using hand-cut Islay peat. Fully matured in a Bourbon cask, the velvety palate blends medicinal notes of iodine and seaweed with vanilla pods, blackberry jam, and fresh blackcurrants. It finishes with dried ginger, dulse, and potpourri, highlighting the unique impact of its maritime maturation.

Port Charlotte 10 Year
Port Charlotte's 10-year-old, rich and smoky whisky made by the folks at Bruichladdich distillery on Islay. PC, as it's known to its friends, is heavily peated to 40PPM, putting it up with Islay's other heavy hitters. The resulting whisky is big and peaty with a maritime tang.

The Classic Laddie
Bruichladdich's Clasdic Laddie is made entirely from Scottish-grown barley, trickle distilled, non-chill filtered and then matured in American oak. The distillery class it as their signature bottling.
