US*1 Kentucky Straight Bourbon

Deep amber with copper highlights. This bourbon is beautifully fragrant with notes of butterscotch, cinnamon, vanilla and ripe orange. The rich, round palate has a touch of sweetness followed by spice and lovely flavours of salted caramel, dried fruit and toasty oak. Flavours persist on the lengthy finish. 90-95 Points Whisky Enthusiast - The bouquet has a dry, grainy aroma which is accented by peppery/spicy scents. 94 Points, Wine Enthusiast & Top 100 Whisky of 2020: "A new version of this year-round bottling, this is a blended Scotch that showcases several Islay distilleries, with an eye toward "depth and elegance". Look for a pale gold hue and a floral, grassy, salt-breezy aroma that reflects a delicate hint of peat smoke. The palate is more robust; think shovelfuls of peat, though it pulls back just short of the overwhelm point, allowing hints of vanilla sweetness and grassy freshness to peek through." (June, 2020)

Beam Suntory Craft Bourbons

Booker's
Booker’s is a super-premium small-batch bourbon created by Booker Noe, sixth generation master distiller and grandson of Jim Beam. Booker’s is pulled from barrels in the sweet spot of the rackhouse – the center – where the temperature and humidity stars align to create the deepest and most intense flavors. Once it’s aged to perfection, which always varies, the liquid is bottled uncut and unfiltered. Released in batches, every unique release has slight variances in taste, but is always true to Booker’s vision for big, unadulterated bourbon.

Basil Hayden
artfully aged at a relatively mild 80 proof, basil hayden's is as novel and delectable a bourbon whiskey as it was when the master distiller rolled out his first barrel over 200 years ago. marked by a rich cascade of
aromas and flavors, basil hayden's is still a small batch bourbon, but with broader appeal. and just as it was in 1796, the only 'rule' to enjoying our kentucky straight bourbon whiskey is that it should be done responsibly.

Basil Hayden Toast
Basil Hayden Toast delivers an intriguing avenue into the warm, refined bourbon sipping occasion. It’s more subtle, more interesting, and ultimately way more approachable, which is exactly what basil is all about. This 80 proof whiskey consists of an entirely new mashbill, replacing the traditional rye grain with brown rice, which adds a hint of sweetness and a touch less spice with increased depth of flavor that comes from secondary aging in a toasted then flash-charred oak barrel.

Maker's Mark
Created by Bill Aamuels, Sr. to be a bourbon that he would enjoy drinking himself, Maker's Mark is smooth and approachable with an easy finish – a true contrast to hot, harsh whiskies that 'blow your ears off,' and a downright revolutionary idea at the time. Maker's Mark is made slowly in small batches, in our national historic landmark distillery in Loretto, Kentucky. while it makes any cocktail better, a lot of folks still prefer it on its own, or over ice with a splash of water.

Maker's 46
It starts with fully matured Maker’s Mark straight out of the barrel. But then it takes a bold twist. We add seared french oak staves to the barrel, and then finish it a bit longer in our cool aging cellar. The result is a whisky with bolder, more complex flavors, but one whose every sip delivers the smooth, approachable whisky that Maker’s Mark is famous for.

OLD FORESTER 1920 PROHIBITION STYLE
The Volstead Act of 1920 which initiated Prohibition in the USA granted permits to six distillers in Kentucky to continue to bottle bourbon for medicinal purposes. Through one of these permits, Old Forester continued to be produced as medicinal whiskey on Louisville’s famed Whiskey Row. It is the only bourbon continuously sold by the same company that has been available for sale before, during and after Prohibition. During this time, all whiskies had to be bottled at 100 Proof. With a barrel entry proof of 100, the “angel’s share” would have created a 115 proof whiskey after maturation. To pay homage to this era, Old Forester presents 1920 Prohibition Style Bourbon at 115 proof to represent the rich flavour profile this bourbon had nearly 100 years ago.

Whyte & Mackay

The Dalmore King Alexander
An ode to our royal heritage and a masterpiece of maturation – The Dalmore King Alexander III is a spectacular display of the whisky makers art form that speaks of our industry leading philosophy on oak curation, as it is the world’s first single malt to create an assemblage of six cask finishes. First aged in American white oak ex bourbon barrels before the whisky is appointed to 6 different finishing casks: Marsala, Madeirda, Tawny Port, Cabernet Sauvignon, Matuselum Oloroso Sherry, and small batch bourbon barrels creating layers of flavours and depth that only this method of ageing can bring.

Waterford Irish Single Malt Whisky

Peated: Fenniscourt
Arcadian Barley, from our secret garden of delights, explores the flavours, intensity & honesty of old ways. Out of necessity, since the dawn of time, peat (or turf) has been the primary fuel source in rural Ireland, with its sweet pungency familiar to generations gathered around the hearths of ancient thatched cottages. The lush, inland terroir of Fenniscourt in Co. Carlow has been farmed by the Byrne family since 1870, its rich Elton Series soils nourished by the River Barrow. For this whisky, their barley was kiln-dried during malting by heat generated from sphagnum-rich peat from Niall Carroll’s cuttings at Ballyteige, Co. Kildare.

The Arcadian Series Organic Gaia 2.1
The Arcadian Series of alt-barley is where we champion those maverick growers whose inspirational ethos & way of life respects the land and the old ways in the pursuit of flavour over yield imperative. For the first time we dip into a new vintage: the 2016 organic harvest. Once again Gaia, neopagan goddess & a personification of Mother Earth herself, is our standard bearer for the celebration of this vibrant new edition of Ireland’s only whisky to be distilled from organic Irish barley.

For this landmark whisky, distilled from Ireland’s only biodynamic barley, we invoke the goddess of the moon for our most esoteric & evocative bottling.

Single Farm Origin: Hook Head 1.1
The lighthouse at Hook Head stands resolute against the full force of the Atlantic Ocean on Ireland’s southern coast, 10 miles from the distillery – so close that Oliver Cromwell vowed to take Waterford 'by hook or by crook' in the 17th century. In its shadow, Martin Foley grows barley on clay/loam soils derived from limestone, belonging to the Elton series. Exposed to the full range of salt-laden storms, sea mists & ocean breezes, it’s an extreme maritime terroir.

Single Farm Origin Lakefield 1.1
In the lee of Bishopswood, once witness to the macabre spectacle of a bishop's hanging, Lakefield Farm, east of Durrow, Co. Laois, stands on undulated lowlands farmed by the enigmatic Seamus Duggan – winner of our Barley Grower of the Year Trophy for his 2019 barley crop. Derived from limestone & sandstone these well-drained, deep loam soils of the Elton series consistently produce exceptional barley quality.

We are proud to present this bottle of ten year old single malt that demonstrates our commitment to craftsmanship, quality and tradition.

Smoke Point
Smoke Point single malt whisky is a proprietary vatting of whisky that has been aged in barrels smoked with driftwood from our shore and native woods found around the distillery. Montfort
Named after Barrett Montfort, the founder of the Shelter Point farm, Montfort is a special field-to-flask whisky. Heaven Hill Brands

Elijah Craig Barrel Proof Bourbon
Uncut, straight from the barrel without chill filtering, the nose, taste, and finish created by twelve years of aging are preserved in their simplest form. At full Barrel Proof, you can enjoy Elijah Craig much the same way our Master Distillers do when they sample straight from the barrel in our Kentucky rickhouses. Elijah Craig Barrel Proof is a bold and honest expression of what charred oak barrel aging can do for Bourbon, from
the man who originated the process.

Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon
Reverend Elijah Craig founded his distillery in 1789 along Elkhorn Creek in present day Georgetown, Kentucky. He is credited with being the first distiller to age his whiskey in charred oak barrels, earning his place in history as the Father of Bourbon. Each Small Batch carries a signature warm spice and subtle smoke flavor. A combination that belongs in any Bourbon fan's regular rotation.

Elijah Craig Rye Whiskey
Elijah Craig Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey carries the distinctive spiciness of rye grain balanced with sweetness from corn. After patiently aging, each Small Batch is hand-selected for consistent taste and bottled at 94 proof

Larceny Bourbon
Larceny is the heir to the wheated Bourbons that make up the historic Old Fitzgerald franchise that Heaven Hill acquired in 1999. Larceny Bourbon continues the Old Fitzgerald tradition of using wheat in place of rye as the third or “small” grain in the whiskey’s grain recipe, or mashbill as it is commonly known. The use of winter wheat replaces the spicier, fruitier flavor notes that rye provides with a softer, rounder character that is the hallmark of Old Fitzgerald and other “wheated” Bourbons

Evan Williams Bottled in Bond Bourbon
Our Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whisky is full of character. Named after Evan Williams, who opened Kentucky’s First Distillery along the banks of Ohio River in 1783. Evan Williams Bottled-in-Bond is aged under government supervision and meeting the exact requirements for a Bottled-in-Bond Bourbon. It is one of the few remaining bottled-in-bond Bourbons available. It has all the kick you expect—but still goes down smooth
