Very few whiskies are grown, distilled, and bottled in one place, and this Ten Year Old Estate Whisky is one of them. The finish brings a light salinity with notes of dark chocolate, leather, and tobacco, shaped by forest and ocean air.
Classic Single Malt
Shelter Point Classic Single Malt is made using traditional pot distillation and water from our own aquifer. Ripple Rock
Ripple Rock takes its name from Campbell River’s 1958 explosion and reflects that intensity in the glass. Distilled in traditional pot stills with aquifer water and aged in alligator charred American oak and bourbon barrels, it opens with vanilla spice and oak. The palate shows caramel, raisin, barbeque, pepper, and clove, finishing with toffee and chocolate, rated 93 points and Editor’s Choice by Whisky Advocate.
Evans Family Reserve - Rum Cask Finish
Evans Family Reserve is a proprietary vatting of our finest single malt, finished in select casks. This limited release uses rum casks from Barbados and Martinique, adding depth and warmth. You get honey, pear, and banana on the nose, vanilla and caramelized sugar on the palate, and a smooth finish of butterscotch, toffee, and ginger spice.
Evans Family Reserve - Oloroso Cask Finish
The Evans Family Reserve range is a proprietary vatting of our finest single malt, finished in select casks. We are delighted to present this limited expression finished in Oloroso casks. Yet it does not flaunt the peat; rather it gives way to the natural sweetness of the malt to produce a whisky of perfect balance. The liquid is non chill-filtered and has a strength of 46% ABV, thus retaining maximum flavor, at the same time giving more body and added depth. It’s whisky with none of the goodness taken out!
Ardbeg Uigeadail
(pronounced ‘Oog-a-dal’) is a special vatting that marries Ardbeg’s traditional deep, smoky notes with luscious, raisiny tones of old ex-Sherry casks. It’s non-chill filtered at a high strength, which retains maximum flavor and gives more body and added depth. Uigeadail is Celtic for dark and mysterious.
Ardbeg Anthology The Unicorn's Tale
The Unicorn’s Tale is the second release in the Anthology series, created by marrying classic Ardbeg matured in bourbon casks with a parcel of whisky wholly matured in sweet Madeira wine casks. The outcome is a whisky bursting with notes of banana bread and tropical fruit, fused with Ardbeg’s hallmark flavours of camphor, lime zest and wood smoke.
