Nikka Yoichi Single Malt
Yoichi Single Malt is a range of single malt expressions from the Yoichi Distillery, Nikka's first distillery built in 1934. The founder Masataka Taketsuru chose the town of Yoichi in Hokkaido because of the similar environmental conditions to Scotland, where he learned whisky-making. Yoichi malts are described as bold and strong with refined peaty notes and smokiness brought by the traditional direct coal-fired distillation. Sea breeze from the Ishikari Bay delivers a briny hint to the whisky during maturation.
Miyagikyo Single Malt
Miyagikyo Single Malt is a range of single malt expressions from the Miyagikyo Distillery. Nikka's founder Masataka Taketsuru chose a valley in the Miyagi prefecture as the site for his second distillery, and started its operation in 1969. He aimed to make a complete contrast between the two distilleries, Miyagikyo and Yoichi, with different natural environments and production methods. Miyagikyo malts are described as elegant and fruity. Made from light peated and non-peated malted barley, whiskies distilled in pot stills heated by indirect steam express a signature fruitiness and delicate mouthfeel.

We distill it clean, fill ex–Wild Turkey bourbon barrels, and let it ride eight years through real Ontario temperature swings. No additives. No chill filtering. No artificial enzymes. Just patience and good wood. In the glass, the nose opens with sweet caramel and butterscotch layered over a hint of cherry. The palate brings seasoned oak with a lift of fruit and gentle spice—almost floral as it unfolds. Medium body that coats the mouth with confident weight. Bottled exclusively as a single-cask offering with no chill filtering, only natural enzymes, and no artificial colouring. Nose: Layers of cereal grain from the barley mingle with oak and vanilla, underscored by subtle spiciness. The Cognac finish contributes a delicate fruit sweetness reminiscent of grapes and green apples. Palate: Robust oak and vanilla frame the malt grain and cereal notes, joined by hints of sweet fruit and sugar. The Cognac cask influence brings added spice (pepper, ginger, cinnamon) and a creamy mouthfeel. Finish: A long, complex finish that remains soft on the palate, with the wood and Cognac nuances leaving a memorable impression of depth and balance.
Brandy Cask Finish 9 Year Old
Made from locally sourced 100% Ontario rye grain. Mashed, fermented and distilled by hand in small batches in a copper pot still, then matured in ex-bourbon barrels on site. Bottled exclusively as a single cask offering with no chill filtering and no artificial colouring added. Nose: The grain. Huge amount of grain. Grassiness and freshly harvested grain with floral notes, some sweetness and of course the rye spiciness. Palate: Full mouth feel. Starts sweet with toffee and caramel then the wonderful pepper spiciness with hints of ginger and cloves. Finish: Long and sweet with lingering pepper. “Hot pepper meets honey”.
Whisky-Single Malt Cask Strength 12 year old
Made from 100% Canadian two-row malted barley. Mashed, fermented and distilled by hand in small batches in a copper pot still, then matured in ex-bourbon barrels on site. Bottled exclusively as a single cask offering with no chill filtering and no artificial colouring added. Nose: Cereal notes from the barley along with some oak and vanilla notes with some spiciness. Some subtle fruity sweetness (grapes, green apples). Palate: Lots of oak and vanilla with malt grain and cereal. Also some sweet fruit and sugar but lots more spice (pepper, ginger, cinnamon) and creamy. Finish: Longer finish with nice complexity and balance, yet soft in the mouth. Leaves a definite impression of the wood.

Fireball
Fireball is a liqueur that combines smooth Canadian Whisky with the intense spice of cinnamon, and a little sweetness to douse the fire. It is a deep amber coloured liquid that boasts notes of cinnamon and hints of caramel. It is mostly served as a well-chilled shooter or as a spicy element in cocktails. The product originated in Canada in the 1980s.
High River
High River is a boldly flavoured whisky crafted by Drew Mayville, Sazerac's Canadian-born Master Distiller. This amber-hued whisky erupts with smoky charred oak aromas, intermingling with appealing vanilla, caramel and brown sugar notes. The palate is smooth and sweet, highlighted by notes of sweet corn, caramel and spice.

Light tropical notes, dried mango, apricots and stewed orchard fruits give way to toasted almonds, mocha coffee and banana bread. Then the Palo Cortado sherry casks make their quality known, with darker stone fruits, sultanas, figs and stewed plums, with a medium dryness and light hints of nutmeg and clove.
Dunville's 1808 Blended Irish Whiskey
Awarded Best Irish Whiskey and Best Blended Irish Whiskey in Canada 2024 & 2025 Initial burst of sweet vanilla leads to crisp orchard fruits, apples and pears. Then lemon curd, leading on to candied Lemon peel over notes of clean malt. Soft and creamy mouthfeel, buttery, with ripened citrus and baked biscuit, coming together in a burst of fresh lemon meringue, followed by a wisp of char and white pepper. Dunville's 10 YO PX Cask single Malt Irish Whiskey
On the nose you will find apricots, grapefruit and toasted almonds that open up to fresh green cooking apples, before warming to apple tatin, lightly spiced calvados caramel creme and a dark fruit compote. The finish is clean malt that is interspersed with vanilla, Panna cotta, dried tropical fruits, clove, oak spice and a lingering of PX sherry.
Dunville's 3 Crowns Sherry Finish Blended Irish Whiskey
Nose: Very gentle, floral, sweet and juicy. Orchard fruits intertwined with nutty caramel, nougat and powerful butterscotch overtones. Palate: The initial sweetness from the malt gives way to light citrus fruits, orange, lemon, green apples, pepper and clove. The wood spice and lovely oak tannins firm up this whiskey before the Oloroso sherry casks take the final curtain. Finish: Orchard fruits and caramels give way as subtle notes of walnut, nougat, vanilla and dried fruits come through in the soft lingering finish.

Whisky for Us Macaloney's Triple Distilled Canadian Whisky
Some of you have had this before, in our Spoonies 1:49 Canadian Blend, Now you get to taste the raw component that made up that blend. However I would say that it is almost a completely different product than it was 5 months ago. Yet everyone that has tried it said they enjoyed it as much as our Spoonies. We hope you enjoy it too. The nose carries peanuts, cherries, a hint of leather and pencil shavings. The palate is peanuts followed by cherry and oak, and the finish is peanuts, oak and coffee with a Canadian Hug. This whisky isn't as complex as some other whiskies but the flavours it does have are well integrated and spot on. We hope you enjoy it.
Rice Whisky
In collaboration with K2 Milling and Domaine du Red Tail, made from 100% Argentinian long grain brown rice aged for 5 years and 5 months in a re-charred American oak ex-wine barrel. Pleasantly smooth, soft, silky and rich. Notes of bitter chocolate and light spice with a hint of cinnamon leading to a clean dry finish.
Whisky for Us Saanich 4.5 year Single Malt Whisky
Made from malted barley, this distillery's name is a secret, but if you know much about the Canadian distilleries of the day, you can work it out. It spent 3.5 years in a moscatel barrique and then spent one year in a twice-used Canadian barrel. The mouthfeel has texture and is slightly effervescent (evaporative) in the finish. The nose is enticing with peaches, cantaloupe, kiwi, honeysuckle and jasmine tea, which are all delivered on the palate including honey, apples, green grapes and surprisingly ginger ale. The finish has that surprising but gentle effervescent ginger ale quality with apples and honey.

GlenAllachie 18yo - VIP ONLY
The Glenallachie 18 Year Old is a single malt whiskey from Scotland's Speyside. This whiskey is aged in a combination of sherry, ex-bourbon, and virgin oak casks for 18 years, resulting in an incredibly smooth and mellow dram. The nose is full of ripe fruit and reminiscent of a nutty sherry. The palate is also nutty, but with mild notes of almond, caramel, and vanilla. There is a hint of oak, with subtle peat and spice, and a finish that is smooth and long-lasting. In terms of taste, Glenallachie 18 YO is a great whiskey for those who enjoy a mellow dram. Its restrained smokiness and fruit notes make it a great choice for sipping neat or in a cocktail. This whiskey also has a wonderful balance between its sweetness and complexity, making it a great choice for any occasion.

GlenAllachie 15yo
Originally added to the GlenAllachie core range in 2019, this 15-year-old single malt underwent a redesign in 2024. The whisky was treated to a finishing period in sherry casks before bottling. The casks in question were a combination of puncheons and hogsheads that previously held Pedro Ximénez and oloroso sherry. Master distiller Billy Walker described this expression as having an "exceptional balance of the distillery’s spirit and the influence of the sherry casks used during maturation." We'd have to agree.

Meikle Toir Original
Meikle Toir Original - The Meikle Tòir range (meaning ‘big pursuit’ and pronounced mee-kuhl tor) comprises peated whisky made at GlenAllachie Distillery with guidance from legendary master distiller Billy Walker. The Original is a single malt made with mainland peat from St. Fergus, a sweeter, grassier variety than found on the coast. The barley was peated to 35ppm and then the whisky was aged in a combination of first-fill bourbon barrels, American virgin oak casks, and rye barrels. It was bottled at 50% ABV without chill-filtration or additional colouring.
Meikle Toir Chinquapin
From the first series of whiskies by Meikle Tòir, a peated whisky brand made at GlenAllachie Distillery with the assistance of expert whisky maker Billy Walker, whose influence can certainly be seen here with this innovative cask profile. The single malt Scotch whisky, peated to 35ppm (using mainland St. Fergus peat, a sweeter variety than its coastal counterparts) and fermented for a lengthy 160 hours fermentation, was aged in American oak bourbon barrels followed by Chinquapin virgin oak casks, a bold barrel that imparts big, sweet, and rich flavours.

Our 4th Craftsmanship Series release, Ginger Beer Cask Rye, is crafted from 100% rye grain that was aged for 7 years and finished in fermented Ginger Beer casks for 12 weeks. This whisky has sweet ginger notes, carrying into a long finish. The oak and stone fruit carry to the palate as well, with notes of orange zest, lime, and hints of spice for a truly distinctive experience.
Wayne Gretzky Red Cask Whisky
Whisky made the Canadian way – locally sourced grains are individually distilled, matured and blended, then finished in red wine casks from our Wayne Gretzky winery. The mouthfeel is smooth, round and robust, with a touch of woody tannins for structure, along with deep notes of toasted nuts and allspice. The finish is long and lingering with a delicately sweet, smooth texture and flavours of nut and allspice.

Our 3rd Craftsmanship Series release, Wayne Gretzky Four Grain whisky, is a harmonious blend of Barley, Oats, Wheat, and Rye. This 5-year whisky is a beautiful marriage of malted whiskies that are meticulously blended to take the best of each grain and create an orchestra of unique flavours and aromas that are then aged in American virgin oak and once used American bourbon casks. This whisky has hints of sweet honeycomb, lemon zest, fresh oak in springtime, biscotti, crème brûlée, orange zest, fresh baked cookies.
